AKT Leader

Leads the AKT (Youth Group) in their weekly meetings, teaching a range of theatrical skills and disciplines, and directs the AKT show, usually presented in June
Knowledge

- Local Council laws relating to Child Protection
- UK law relating to Child Protection
- GDPR regulations

Responsibilities
- Arrange and host weekly sessions with AKT, booking venues via the Secretary
- Choose and direct the annual AKT production
- Record and store all necessary AKT members’ details according to GDPR principles
- Take payments from AKT members and liaise with the Treasurer to ensure payments are accounted for
- Attend Committee Meetings and provide timely updates for discussion
