Provides the programme for each production, including design, content, print and delivery, and organises volunteers to sell programmes during performances

- Appropriate publishing software
Responsibilities
- Liaise with production director for information about the production, including cast and musical numbers
- Design programme to be consistent with design of posters, etc
- Create programme electronically using appropriate software which will deliver output in a format suitable for printing
- Write programme content to be of interest to audience
- Arrange photographer to take cast photos
- Send draft of completed programme to production director for approval
- Arrange programme sellers and float from Treasurer
- Send completed programme to printers in good time for delivery before the production
- Deliver programmes to theatre in advance of first night
