Refreshments Manager

Brief Description
Manages non-bar refreshments (tea, coffee, juice, biscuits) during rehearsals, shows and, where applicable, social events
Knowledge
  • Location of relevant refreshment supplies, equipment and utensils at the venue
Responsibilities
  • Provide stock of tea, coffee, juice, biscuits and store them securely (where possible) at the venue
  • Ensure all stock is kept fresh
  • Attend rehearsals and provide refreshments at the interval
  • Arrange sufficient trained helpers to staff the refreshments bar at each production night
  • Take payments from members/public for the refreshments
  • Provide detailed costs and takings for the refreshments to the Treasurer

Attend rehearsals, provide refreshments to cast and take payments
Production nights
Put up price lists for the public.
Check stock levels every night and arrange additional stock purchases if necessary.
Fetch cup holders and water boiler from cellar under stage
One week after production
Provide detailed reports of costs, takings and profit to the Treasurer
