Refreshments Manager

Manages non-bar refreshments (tea, coffee, juice, biscuits) during rehearsals, shows and, where applicable, social events
Knowledge
- Location of relevant refreshment supplies, equipment and utensils at the venue
Responsibilities
- Provide stock of tea, coffee, juice, biscuits and store them securely (where possible) at the venue
- Ensure all stock is kept fresh
- Attend rehearsals and provide refreshments at the interval
- Arrange sufficient trained helpers to staff the refreshments bar at each production night
- Take payments from members/public for the refreshments
- Provide detailed costs and takings for the refreshments to the Treasurer
